Who we are
The Studio Monaghan is operated by Image Fitness Training. The data controller is Image Fitness Training (imageft.ie).
What we collect
- Booking data — name, email, phone, class bookings, payment metadata (via Momence, our booking provider)
- Enquiry data — anything you send us by email or social media message
- Cookies — where enabled, a Meta Pixel for advertising performance measurement; no cross-site profiling cookies
Why we use it
- To book you into classes and take payment (contract)
- To keep you safe in class — health screening and emergency contacts (legitimate interest + explicit consent for health data)
- To send you booking confirmations and occasional service updates (contract + legitimate interest)
- To measure and improve our advertising (consent)
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records for 7 years to meet Irish tax rules. Marketing consent until you unsubscribe. We delete anything else when there's no longer a reason to keep it.

- Momence — bookings and payments
- Meta — advertising performance measurement, where enabled
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
Your rights
Under EU GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or send it to another provider. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Substantial changes get sent to members by email.
